Optical Devices
Oki offers full range of laser diodes and APDs for applications in optical communication networks. The laser diode offerings consist of long wavelength [1310nm & 1550nm] DFB and EML devices for application from 155Mbps to 40Gbps bit rates. The APD offerings are for applications from 155Mbps to 10Gbps bit rates. Oki also offers optical transmit and receive devices for optical service channel applications, such as 1510 and 1625 nm laser modules. The optical devices are available in DIL packages, pigtailed coaxial packages, XMD MSA TOSA/ROSA packages, and cooled or uncooled configuration. | |
