2.5G Pigtailed Laser Diode Family - DFB and CWDM Modules
Oki offers 2.5G single channel and CWDM DFB lasers, which consist of a DFB laser, single stage optical isolator, and a back monitor photodiode in a hermetically sealed coaxial package with single mode fiber. The CWDM devices are available in the 16 standard ITU wavelengths. The single channel devices are available at 1310 and 1550 nm wavelengths.
